Demand Generation Manager

Now we are looking for the next marketing star to manage demand generation. As our Demand Generation Manager, you will support our global growth plans through smart lead generation campaigns. You will also be using the power of Marketing Automation to make sure we are nurturing leads throughout the buyer's journey.

Main responsibilities

  • Build, manage and optimise marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Build, manage and optimise marketing automation programmes.
  • Set and manage the budget for paid channels.
  • Track performance for planning, reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with and enable growth within each commercial business unit (direct sales, partner sales).

What skills and experiences do you need to have

  • You have at least two years of experience from demand generation, lead acquisition, or similar, preferably within B2B Tech (bonus points for EdTech).
  • You have experience in building and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • You are comfortable running end-to-end performance analysis for continuously optimise your campaigns.
  • You have a passion for what you can learn from data through an analytical mindset and by staying curious. Google analytics and Excel are friends of yours.
  • You have worked with or managed a marketing automation platform like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • You have a proven track record of your demand generation success.
  • Your communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
